The Hamilton R-II School District is currently accepting applications for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a nine month position. A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or a related field is preferred as well as certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavioral analysis and intervention services to students with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges in the public school setting. The BCBA will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to support students' academic and behavioral goals.
