The Hamilton R-II School District is currently accepting applications for potential openings for the 2025-2026 school year.  We are located 40 miles east of St. Joseph at the intersection of Hwy 36 and Hwy 13.  Hamilton R-II School District serves just over 600 students in grades PK-12th grade.  We have a teacher to student ratio of 1:13.  Our students maintain good attendance, typically around 95%, and we are strongly supported by the community and our families.  Potential openings for 2025-2026 include those in elementary, middle school, high school and special education.  Candidates should have proper certification, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the Missouri Learning Standards.  Ideal candidates should also have knowledge of positive behavior support, strong classroom management, and willingness to collaborate and work in a teaching team environment.  Coaching opportunities may be available.  Hamilton R-II School District is an equal opportunity employer.
